gbb99's commitment to responsible gambling
gbb99 is always committed to ensuring safety alongside enjoyment — through deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support, control stays in your hands.
Gaming is for entertainment, not addiction
gbb99 believes online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — when approached mindfully. Playing on our platform means staying in full control of your time and money. We want every player to play in a safe environment and to get the right support when needed.
The foundation of gambling should be fun and entertainment. Starting to play out of fear of losing money or an urge to chase losses can be a sign of a problem. That is why gbb99 provides various protection tools and support services, so every player can play at their own pace and within their own limits.
Remember — gambling is a choice, not an obligation. If you feel you are losing control, we are always here for you.
Watch out for these warning signs
- A tendency to spend more than your set budget
- Repeatedly trying to play to recover losses
- Being unable to stop playing or feeling uncomfortable when you do
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends
- Playing with borrowed money or by breaking into savings
- Neglecting work, family, or relationships
Our protection tools
Set deposit limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a request to increase the limit takes at least 24 hours to process.
Time-Out feature
Use the Time-Out feature when you want to take a break from gaming. Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 24 hours up to six weeks. No bets or deposits will be possible during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stay away from gambling for an extended period, choose the self-exclusion option. Your account can be closed for a period of six months to five years. During this time gbb99 will not send you any promotional messages.
Session limits and reminders
Set a session time limit to keep track of how long you have been playing. Once the set time has passed, gbb99 will automatically alert you. Staying aware means a more enjoyable experience.
Account history review
You can view your full deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Analyse your spending patterns and make decisions as needed — awareness is the first step toward responsible gambling.
24/7 support team
If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team. gbb99's live chat and email service are available around the clock in both Bengali and English.
How to use the tools
Activate deposit limits
Go to the "Responsible Gambling" section in your account settings and set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Request a Time-Out
For a temporary break, contact the support team via live chat or email [email protected]. Let them know the length of the break — the team will act promptly.
Register for Self-Exclusion
For a long-term break, send a clear self-exclusion request by email. State the duration — gbb99 will make sure no marketing messages reach you during that time.
Assess your own situation
Review your gambling habits regularly. Check your account transaction history and stay aware of your budget every month.
Build healthy habits
Being a responsible player means following a few simple principles. Use the list below as a guide:
- Set a fixed budget before you play and stick to it.
- Play for entertainment — not as a guaranteed way to earn money.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Avoid playing while drinking alcohol or under emotional stress.
- Learn to stop when you are winning rather than getting greedy.
- Do not place larger bets to try to recover money you have lost.
- Never play with borrowed money or by breaking into your savings.
- Keep your account away from minors (under 18).
Remember: Winning and losing are both a normal part of gambling. No game or strategy guarantees a win. Always play mentally prepared for the possibility of losing.
Protection of minors
gbb99 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above can register and participate on the platform. Age is verified at the time of account creation and identity documents may be requested in cases of doubt.
If your device is used by children or teenagers, enable parental controls on the browser and keep your login credentials secure. Always log out of your gbb99 account.
- Do not share your account password with others.
- Always log out after use.
- Install parental control software on devices that children use.
Support and contact
If gambling becomes a problem, do not delay — contact us. The gbb99 team is available around the clock.
Finding a way out of a gambling problem
Gambling addiction is a mental health issue — it is not a sign of weakness, and there is a way out. If you feel that you or someone you know is suffering because of gambling, the first step is to acknowledge it.
gbb99 always wants players to play on their own terms. Use the tools available on the platform — from deposit limits all the way to full self-exclusion, every option is in your control. Activating these features is straightforward — our support team is always by your side.
If professional help is needed, seek advice from a mental health specialist or counsellor. Talk openly with family and trusted friends. Remember, asking for help is a sign of courage.
How to plan your budget
Responsible players always set a budget in advance. Allocate a fixed portion of your monthly income for entertainment and do not go beyond that limit. The minimum deposit on gbb99 is ৳300 — it is a small amount, but staying within your own budget is what matters most.
After playing, maintain a mental boundary regardless of whether you win or lose. The urge to keep playing on a good day and the tendency to chase losses on a bad day — avoid both equally.
The role of family members
If a family member appears to be gambling excessively, speak with empathy rather than anger or accusation. Encourage them to contact the support team. gbb99 also considers third-party self-exclusion requests made on an account on behalf of a family member — contact [email protected] for details.
